A friends wife is studying massage therapy at a local school, it turns out the class is made up of some looking for more sexual type massages and practice a very alternative lifestyle.
Normally this is not a big deal...however; rewind to last week and the teacher and a student who is also a friend of the teacher's g/f are talking about graphic sexual encounters while in class during the time the practice on each other. One of the more conservative women had started to cry about this and left (I know mousey/lame) and my boss' wife asked the teacher and student if they'd mind changing the subject. The student stood up and got in her face and told her she'd better mind her own business or she'd need more than therapy. Some of the other women made some anti-lesbian comments mostly in retaliation I believe. It was abusive to the teacher and friend, but not physically threatening. It was a crazy situation that many thought was over at that with everyone getting it out of their system.
She went to the dean afterwards only when the teacher laughed about this and then said 'relax, these "cocklovers" don't understand us' [I can't remember the term she said the person used...it was something like that]. The teacher had joined the fray against the rest of the class as well.
Well the dean took the statement but no one else had complained. She felt as if he really didn't believe her.
Meanwhile since then things have been heated and the teacher/friend have been hurling comments under their breath to many of the women that didn't have the same opinion. Fast forward to this week and a test was given.
The test was pretty hard and covered a lot of things no one remembered hearing in class and the way the books had it explained was much different. It took most people the whole class time to complete. The friend finished extremely fast and made a comment 'Man that was easy...must be 'we' just understand this better. See you and <her g/f's name> tonight babe.'
Grades came out...class average was like 45%...the friend got a 100. Next highest was 60%. They vocalized they felt the test was unfair as it was not covered the same way in class. The friend was bolsterous and attacking to the others saying if they spent more time studying and minding their own business they wouldn't have the problem. The teacher was constantly smirking and had a reply like 'well some people live a lifestyle that gives them a greater understanding and experience of the subject matter...most really cannot understand what massage is about by just reading and doing the motions' again this is a paraphrase...it's was a total WTF situation though. When some said they were going to the dean they basically got threatened by the friend and the teacher told them that would be a bad idea for their success in the class. It was one threat after another.
A few of the women this time went to the dean...the teacher is new and it's looking like she is quickly going to lose her job.
I have no idea WTF she was thinking though. It was as if being a lesbian gave you an insight into the world of massage therapy. Not only that it's become clear that this class is being taught on more a prostitute type angle than someone wanting to get into the medical aspect.
She is very young and I think is about to learn a big lesson.
