FCC a bit to tight?

oh....and it's not the fcc really. most sports blackout local coverage if the game is not a sellout. their theory is that if you know they are going to black out the game, you will get your a$$ to the stadium and buy a ticket.

that is understandable if you live in the city where the stadium is, however is moronic to black out a game in an area thats 400 miles from teh stadium however still in the same state

1.) The FCC does have too much power
2.) It's a group of six individuals, I believe, appointed by the President and responsible for essentially, the transmission of anything by radio/satellite/cable/etc.
