PITTSBURGH (AP) — A San Francisco man claims he was high on a double dose of medical marijuana cookies when he screamed, dropped his pants and attacked crew members on a cross-country flight, forcing its diversion to Pittsburgh, the FBI said Wednesday.
Kinman Chan, 30, was charged in a criminal complaint with interfering with the duties of a flight attendant on allegations that he fought with crew members of US Airways Flight 1447 from Philadelphia to Los Angeles on Sunday. His federal public defender, Jay Finkelstein, declined to comment.

just because its medical doesnt mean it doesnt fall under the same category as alcohol. you can get a dui from being high right? just like you can get charged with plenty of alcohol related crimes

Umm, I have to call BS. I have never seen anyone solely on marijuana that did anything even remotely close to agressive or violent.

If I had to guess, which I do, I would guess he was on something else or in addition to the pot.

This guy obviously has some mental issues. I've never seen anyone act like that while high on pot. Being energetic, animated and, fighting isn't an effect of being high on pot.

hahah 99.9999999% of people that eat brownies just sit on their ass and eat. He did way too much activity for being "high"
