I agree. This is what rigged smells like. Think of this, all Turmp's cases are being postponed till after the election and Comey send this kind of letter without any information 11 days before the election. Coupled with his press conference while he made his decision, this smells even more.

I think that would be the best case scenario. Unfortunately there are people who are too politically powerful so they really are above the law, Nixon case in point. For the same reason Nixon was pardoned, if charges are brought Hillary should be pardoned as well. It would end her politically career but would allow the country to move on.

From what I can tell this comes from Chaffetz. Comey never said it was being reopened. Just reviewing some possibly pertinent emails. The faithful might be getting a little too worked up too soon. It would take something monumental to be found to lead anywhere.

If he wanted to play politics, he could have easily recommended charges last month. He chose not to. Obviously they've found something significant that made them want to take a closer look again.
