FAX to PDF on XP Pro?

Hey Ladies and Gents,

Looking for a good program to recieve incoming faxes on the pc as a pdf instead of printing them straight off, then printing only the important ones. We've got a fax modem installed, office 2007 small business and a fast core 2 duo system.

Reliability is #1 in this situation, as this is the main office computer at our organization.

Thanks in advance for your help, I hope to hear from you soon!

I would suggest looking "into" pdfRedirect Pro ($19.99 with lifetime updates)

The page I linked is from the manual and talks about batch pdf printers that you can set up a standard filename and add a sequence number to the file being saved. The only thing that I don't know about is if you would have to confirm printing or if it would do it automatically since it's coming from the fax software. Basically, you create a "batch pdf printer" and then select that batch printer as your default printer (at least for your fax printing)

Hopefully this somehow helps.

I love the free version of pdfRedirect but it doesn't have batch print functionality.

Edit: Looking at their forum, it would seem that you can do this automatically. Also, looks like you get a 90 day free trial so nothing to lose, IMO. 🙂

Edit #2: Main link to home page.
