Favourite kind of cheese?

Mozzarella is probably my favorite overall. On sandwiches, it's Provolone or Havarti. On pasta, feta or parmesean.

fresh buffalo mozzarella. good with a little olive oil or as i explained in the tomato thread.

muenster for sandwiches. doesn't overwhelm the other flavors.

boar's head black wax cheddar is nice for snacking.

pecorino ramano. be authentic, get the sheep and not the cow's milk stuff.

of course, the king of cheese is stilton. it roxors.

I've always enjoyed Ricotta. Something about overcooked remnants drained from the whey and mixed in with rich, fattening cream really tastes good.

Asiago, Mozzarella(fresh of coarse), Brie(excellent on good bread), really sharp cheddar is excellent even on plain bread.

I gotta go to the store now, I'm craving some cheese, any recipes for us cheese lovers would be greatly appreciated!!!
