Favorites and Start Menu Programs keep hiding in Win2K

This is really ticking me off. Win2K keeps hiding my favorites and showing only the last few I have click on, sorta like the option menus and stuff in Office2k
Too make the rest appear I have to click on that double arrow at the bottom of the list, anybody know how to make it so it doesnt hide them?

Start>Settings>Tasbar&Start Menu>UNcheck "Use Personalized Menus"

Tools>Customize>Customize>UNcheck "Menus show recently used commands first"

Go to the IE tab and scroll down through the options in TweakUI.
