After listening to the political flap over webcasting fees for a while, I finally decided to take a look at them. Seems like a neat idea, but I'm not sure where to start finding good ones. I understand that under the current fee structure, many of the small outfits are, at least temporarily, off the air. But there must be some interesting ones out there. Any suggestions for streams that play music you wouldn't hear elsewhere? Genre is unimportant to me - I'll listen to just about anything depending on my mood.
