I always liked to build stuff as a kid so not counting my bike I would have to say:

Tinker Toys
Lincoln Logs
Erector sets _ Build a great circus wagon/cage and the cat was my tiger.

Anybody else have/remember the above?

My Dad used to work for the company that imports them... so I got tons of them when I was a kid....

if only he imported transformers too, you would be in toy heaven.

Tonka trucks and street cones. I used to play on the road and pretend I was a construction worker. I had my own real helmets, reflective vests and signs. I loved it even though I didn't do anything except clip branches off overgrown plantlife. The good old days of not worrying about anything except yourself and frolicking in happiness, but now nothing but perturbing about money; no happiness subsists with me now.

Hey, I was 7 or so when the show came out, that was the "in" thing at the time. Other than that, there was my Transformer set, and what had to be a closet's worth of Tinkertoys, Legos, and Lincoln Logs. Of course, then I got a computer...

tru dat!. i have the original 1984 voltron lion set in the baox still. ahhhhhh soooooo many more to mention. paid 100$ for it 3 years ago for memories.
