One, Nothing Else Matters, and Fade To Black have outstandingly creative intros... the full NEM intro is great to play on the guitar if you want to impress the ladies.

Defenitely a good one. Most Metallica songs are though.

Two others that are fresh in my memory are:

Tool- Third Eye (although longer than 30 seconds..)
