Favorite Sierra games?

Can't we class Homeworld under here? :tongue in cheek:

I honestly cannot remember playing a Sierra developed game for very long at all.

AvP 2 was the last major Sierra game that I remember playing.

I would love to pick up a DVD that includes all their adventure games though. I loved Sierra adventure games in the 80's and early 90's (although some have timing issues when not used on a 386.)

I'm a die hard Sierra fan.My most favorite Sierra game is Conquest of Longbow.

My personal favorites are:

1. Quest for Glory 4
2. Homeworld
3.Homeworld 2
4. Ecoquest II
5. Pepper's Adventures in Time
6. Space Quest I VGA
7. Freddy Pharkas

Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers
Gabriel Knight 2: The Beast Within

Two of the finest adult-themed adventured games I've ever played.

Yes! I don't remember how many times I played Sins of the Fathers. I loved tha game!

Beast Within was pretty good too, but not as good as Sins.

I have the 3rd game, but can't get it to properly on my system. It runs, but there's all kinds of graphical glitches or whatever.

Also, Betrayal at Krondor was an awesome RPG.

Swat 3 was one of the first PC games I ever played. I played consoles growing up and when I got my own computer just out of high school, I wanted to try some PC games. That game got me hooked on playing games with a keyboard and mouse.

Conquests of the Longbow. My friend and I spend a good chunk of the summer playing that when we were 12 or so.

That was a great game.

I say:

Betrayal at Krondor
KQ5
KQ6
Conquests of the Longbow
Space Quest Series
Front Page Sports Football Pro

Kings Quest, obv... specifically KQ6.

I wish there were more challenging puzzle games out there. I think it's probably my absolute favorite video game genre, but I don't think I've played a truly great one since like Myst or 7th Guest.

LSL 1
Willy Bemmish
Jones In The Fast Lane - retarded game but when I was 14 it was fun as hell for multi-player mode. Played the Flash remake a few months ago, and this really is a POS game.

Man, I grew up on the Sierra titles... yet somehow I just never got in to the Kings or Space quest series..

Sierra:

Leisure Suit Larry 1-3
Quest for Glory 1-4
Police Quest 1-2
Conquest of Camelot

Sierra / Game Arts:

Silpheed
Zeliard
Sorcerian

Sierra/Dynamix:

Skyfox
A10 - Tank Killer
Betrayal at Krondor
Earthsiege 1-2

Front Page Sports Football Pro

I still remember the day reading a post from the guy who ran the sports division at Sierra stating they were closing it down. I wept.

I know I already mentioned it earlier, but is there really no other love for Codename: Iceman? 😀 Not done by Williams, Jim Walls (PQ series) instead; but still a great story to play through.

wow, i burned so much of my teen years on Caesar games!
Caesar 2,3 and later 4,Pharaoh,Cleopatra,Zeus you name it...we need more plebs!

also Space quest 4 was great, and probably more i don't remember playing.

Quest for Glory! Also, Space Quest, Gabriel Knight, King's Quest, Conquests series and the early police quest games.

FYI for anyone who's interested, AGD Interactive released a free fan made remake/upgrade of Quest for Glory too that you can download. it's pretty awesome!
