The abstinence episode was also hysterical where George and Elaine both cannot have sex with their significant others. George becomes smarter and smarter and Elaine becomes dumber and dumber consequently. That's the one where George ends up teaching Bernie Williams and Derek Jeter (??) how to hit.

The Merv Griffin show was one of the best imo, but the episode where Kramer get's a screen door....when he starts yelling "Hoochie Mama..." while being covered in Silly String is one of the funniest moments in that series.
