I'm torn between cesar and greek
 
I voted for Cesar Salad, but it (the Italian style) is really my second favorite.

My favorite is Mexican Cesar Salad.

Crab meat
Smoked salmon
Sun dried tomatoes
Onions
Sliced avocado
Spicy onion saute with special mix of vinegar, sugar, pepper, fish sauce for dressing. (You can substitute Italian or balsamic vinegar based dressings)

Nom nom nom... add your choice of wine and cheese.
