It's easy to get this view and I found it really handy when helping others get started on there that might otherwise be turned off due to a lot of the default subs being so shitty.

When logged in, click on the top left where it says "My Subreddits" the click on the "View All" at the top of that list that pops up. Then on the far right of the page that loads click on the "multireddit of your subscriptions" link thats at the top of your subs list in the right sidebar.

That'll give you the url that includes all your subs in one link.
