Dark chocolate.

If you're lactose intolerant, there's stuff you can take when you eat to break down the lactose.

Jelly Bellys or Gummy Cokes, Gummy Cokes are better versionf of Gummy Bears. Sour Gummy Cokes are also good.

No dairy in shortbread. It's chocolate, but in cocoa form.

DOH! Butter. I'm a moron. But I'll leave it here, maybe you can substitute? Butter flavored shortening (75%) and something with moisture (25%)?
