Favorite non-alcoholic drink?

TridenT

I know this is going to be difficult for you alcoholics out there. 😎

I am not too sure. I like good hot chocolate where I don't get sick if I drink it too fast(i.e. too sweet), Diet Pepsi, Diet Coke, water when I am dying for something, orange soda, sometimes orange juice or apple juice(makes it sick though), and.. yeah... I don't know what my real favorite is.

It's difficult to know. But Diet Pepsi or Diet Coke is a good choice if I am not having water.

I like flavored waters too with things like Propel.

water.
If I'm eating pizza I'll drink a gazosa (it's like ginger ale but lemon or mandarin flavoured, doesn't contain as much sugar as american soft drinks).
If I'm eating at a canteen or some self service stuff where the water is bottled I'll drink peach flavoured ice tea (usually san benedetto).

Squirt
Gatorade
Root Beer
Throwback Mt. Dew
Tea, unsweetened

I hate that it's so hard to find drinks with sucrose for sweetener instead of high fructose corn syrup. Sucrose tastes much less syrupy and more crisp.

Once you take the time to notice the similarity of taste between drinks with HFCS you can pick it out in everything you drink, then it's more like drinking flavored corn syrup and it all tastes the same. 🙁

I also can't stand the taste of aspartame in Diet drinks. Sucralose makes me cringe slightly less but still don't like it.

I'd rather just drink something with very little sweetener instead of artificial sweetener but the few drinks like that seem way expensive for the product. You'd think a bottle of water with just a little sugar would be cheaper than a bottle of water with a lot of sugar..

Just carbonate your own water (or buy cheap fizzy water) and add a bit of fruit juice.

Coffee, easily. For cold drinks I like unsweetened tea made with different flavor teas. I used to drink gallons of soda, but not anymore. I don't do "diet" or "lite" anything. The full experience, or nothing.

I probably drink tea the most outside of water (possibly more than water).
As for a treat, I'd go with bubble tea. I don't have it very often, which probably adds to the allure.

It used to be soda, but I've heavily cut back on that. I remember back in school, I spent an entire summer buying sodas on sale (~$2/12 pack) to stockpile. By time the semester started I had around 17 cases. Even though it was shared with roommates (3 others) and guests, it disappeared way too fast :/.

I only drink water. The way nature intended with coffee or tea added to it.

Water by itself tastes like .... just wet.
