I use to play the shit out of League Bowling, since it lacked any pin physics it was impossible for me to do good on a consistent basis.
 
I plunked sooooo many quarters down to play Crossed Swords as a kid. I've always avoided replaying it though even after emulation became a viable option. I have this nagging feeling it that it really wasn't very good and don't want to ruin the memories.

Smart move. I made the mistake of playing adventure island now that I'm old. Totally not fun. :\
 
The Neo Geo was far out of my price range during its time. I'm surprised so many people actually owned them. Most of my Neo Geo exposure was from the arcade versions.

Same here. You guys had some great parents if they bought you that as kid. Extra points if it was the cartridge version as I remember the games themselves costing a crazy amount.
 
My Neo Geo experience was mainly through emulation in the 2000s. Though I played Metal Slug in arcade. I only played the real console at an anime convention a few years ago.
