Opening scenes of 'Saving Private Ryan' - the rest of the movie was a let down after the Normandy storming.

Star Wars when you're a kid and find out for the first time that Vader is his father, or that Leia was his sister
 
Probably one of the greatest scenes in all of film history. EVER.

Michael vs Kay (the emotion in Michael's eyes when she tells him that she had an abortion, and specifically that it was a son = masterpiece).

This scene is painful for me to watch. Diane Keaton's acting and dialog were horrendous and ruined the scene for me! It reminds me of that episode of Seinfeld where Jerry is dating a bad actress and she makes him read lines with her.

But you're right about Al Pacino though! He was pretty amazing.
 
My favorite scene is in Hot Shots: Part Deux where Topper and that hot government agent chick start making out in the limo. Couldnt stop laughing when the limo driver noticed them and put that huge round mirror up. The music used during that whole scene was also good.

The final dance in dirty dancing was quite a moment.

I like the Microphone scene in Rambo II.

Everyone likes the scene in Crocodile Dundee II where he throws the knife at the gangsters head.
