Gold Dust Martini
4 oz. Ice Cold Vodka
1 oz. White Crème de Cacao
2 oz. Goldschlager Cinnamon Schnapps Liqueur
6 Ice Cubes

Pour vodka and white crème de cacao into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Chill. Strain mixture into martini glasses. Float half the Goldschlager over the top of each drink. Serves 2.

Hmm, Jagermeister is one of the few alcohols that I don't have in my bar. I guess I should look into picking some up.

I don't currently have a fave drink besides the good ol' Captain and Coke.

Dry Martini:

1.5 shots gin (or Vodka if you're a heretic 😀)
.5 shot dry Vermouth
3 olives

Shake, pour over ice.

Gin n Tonic:

1 part gin
2 parts tonic water
quarter slice of lime

Pour over ice, stir.

Scotch on the rocks:

(insert your choice single malt scotch here)

Open bottle, pour into glass over ice. Enjoy. 🙂

Tonic Water with Lime:

Cut 1 Lime into quarters, place two quarters at the bottom of glass without sqeezing, place liberal amount of ice ontop, poor tonic water over ice, sqeeze remaing two quarters over glass and drop the spent into the glass.

I basically only drink Captain Morgans & Coke or I shoot Tequila. I used to drink all kinds of wild mixed drinks, but honestly, they all have the same effect. Why make it hard on yourself...just do shots.

My personal favorites:

Single malt scotch

Rusty Nail:

equal parts good scotch and drambuie

Mojito:

3 oz light rum, 6 oz soda water, equivalent of 1 teaspoon bar sugar, dash of lime juice, and mint sprigs. Put ice and mint sprigs in a glass and pour contents in in order listed.

If your going to make a lot of mojito's or other drinks that require "bar sugar" it is best to prepare a super saturated sugar solution before hand...that way, all the sugar is already dissolved and thus mixes better. To make: you can add about two cups of sugar to a cup of near boiling water...just add the sugar slowly, let it dissolve, add some more...etc.
