It used to be Euler, but after reading today's Wikipedia article on Gauss, it has to be him. I <3 number theory, and the man made it what it is.
 
Weiner was pretty cool. Both gauss and euler also pwn. Newton gets points for old school calc-style pwnage.
 
Steven Hawking. He does all the freakin equations in his head. Can you imagine figuring out the 13th dimension of the string theory in your head. I think not
