4. Tiger playing 72 and it was really just his putting that let him down (definitely fixable). I couldn't watch all of their coverage of Tiger, didn't watch Sunday's 1 hour special before CBS coverage.

3. Playing partners Rory and Colin's amazing hole-outs on 72nd hole.

2. Jim Nantz in Butler Cabin asks Scottie: "what do you want to do now that you've won the Masters?"

Scottie: "I just want to go home. I'm so tired!"

1. Jim Nantz in Butler Cabin asks Scottie: "When did you first dream of winning the Masters?"

Scottie: "It was at the end of Friday's round." I know it wasn't his intention, but it flipped off the Augusta National people who try so hard to spin the tournament as the "tradition unlike any other," the Holy Grail of the golf world. Golf lives in the hearts of golfers.

I had Rory futures 5 bucks to win 95. So close. 😂
Interviewed after the round he said after that hole out on 18 he was never happier on a golf course. His and Colin's celebration together was one of the all time great golf moments.

rory and collin's sand shots on 72 were definitely the funnest moment of the whole thing for me, even though it didn't affect the outcome

scottie's 4-putt to win it was pretty memorable too

Yeah, people tend to forget that there are three other major golf matches every year, along with other big golf events like the Ryder Cup. I don't think that the Masters is even the biggest payday in golf anymore. There are tournaments that have a bigger purse.

Isn't it also preposterously easy for the pros, like Jr level type "championship" weekend and really in no class like the US or British open courses that they play?

I recall some time ago that it was just considered a joke with a small murmur of debate about removing it as a major--the only reason it's still considered a major is because of that nonsense that we all need to reconsider (and sometimes just get rid of as humans in general): "tradition."

also, it's golf, so it's ridiculous anyway. :D

Every time I hear Jim Nantz's voice I want to punch him in the face. That's because of the Master's and those lead-up commercials to this crap that always invade my pleasant TV viewing.
