My favorites are CTRL+T, WIN+L, and CTRL+SHIFT+HOME

Command+Spacebar

Opens spotlight in OS X. Usually it is followed by a quick "term"+enter to open a terminal...well it was...until I got smart and put a symlink on my Dock 🙂. Now I use it to clean out all the porn from my browsing history.

I'm also a fan of Command+,

It opens the preferences for the active application, very handy.

Ctrl + T is a new tab in FF, Win+L locks your computer, but I don't know about the third.
