I'd probably go with the old gladius against an unarmed foe. Long enough to give me an advantage, short enough that you can still use it in a tight spot, and its small size means you can swing it quickly.

If they ain't wearing armor, a blade is a blade.

Double Bladed Battle Axe.

Obsidium Battle Axe like in Fable.

Steal Pipe. Heavy, Hard, Good follow thru.

Good fighting knife with knuckle guards that can be used like brass knuckles.

I have seen some plain old Staffs sold in some shops that is both light and very hard.

Sock fulll of quarters.

Rambo Knife like in the Movie Commando.

Heavy Chain.

Pike like they use on sailing Ships. Ahhrrrr ye maties!

I would wear a full suit of plate armor and just punch him in the face with my guantlets on!

I'd just run away from you until you got tired and fell down.

Well, I'd prefer to not fight at all .... so if you ran away then I would let you.
I hate running so I wouldn't give pursuit anyhow.

Since I actually have been trained with 'chucks, I'll take the pair laying about 10 feet behind me on my shelf.
50k's coming around the corner, eh?

Anyway, I'm 6'9" tall, around 290 pounds. I would look ridiculous with anything less than a claymore.

I've seen your picture. I think thats a fair assessment.
Must be thinking of someone else, unless you know me and I don't know you. I've never posted a picture of myself on the intarweb.

A bow.

No not a bow and arrow, a bow as in the staff kind. In able hands the bow can take out swords, nunchucks, sithes (sp?), daggers, axes, etc.
Please tell me you're joking.

It's spelled b-o, first off, and secondly, no one weapon is truly superior to ALL OTHERS for EVERY situation. I'll see you in a tight hallway with a dagger and fvck you up.

A 12" dildo.

Nothing says you just got an asswhippin and treated like a 2 dolla hooker like getting smacked around with a 12" rubber dildo.

And considering I've been trained in it I'd probably use the one 10' behind me.
Err....nevermind.
*Walks away from thread*

Winnar! I'd then ream it into his rectum as a monument to my victory.

If we've learned ANYTHING from anchorman, its that a Trident will kick your A$$!

Ron Burgundy: Boy, that escalated quickly... I mean, that really got out of hand fast!
Champ Kind: It jumped up a notch!
Ron Burgundy: It did, didn't it?
Brick Tamland: Yeah, I stabbed a man in the heart!
Ron Burgundy: I saw that! Brick killed a guy! Did you throw a trident?
Brick Tamland: Yeah, there were horses, and a man on fire, and I killed a guy with a trident!
Ron Burgundy: Brick, I've been meaning to talk to you about that. You should find yourself a safehouse or a relative close by. Lay low for a while, because you're probably wanted for murder.

Well, the bo staff is the most natural to me. If not, then nunchakus, escrima sticks, tonfas, sai's, hand-to-hand, and throwing stars/knives. But dual-nunchakus are the most fun- wooden, metal-studded handles, chained w/ 10,000 RPM ball-bearing, so they're nice and smooth.

Why 10kRPM?

Yeah, I think I'm confusing you with another gorilla guy...who's the one with the tiny fiance?

You're going to get into a fight and you could probably win it without a weapon. Maybe you're sober and he's drunk? Either way, you really want to kick the crap out of this guy and you aren't worried about any legal ramifications (assume there will be none).

That said, let's say you can have any HAND TO HAND weapon you want. One caveat: don't ask for nunchuks if you can't use them. You are just going to get any weapon, not hte skill to use it.

I can't even begin to think of what would go good in a poll, so I'll make a poll in a little bit.

"nunchuks" as you spell it (there are various spellings) are one of the stupidest weapons that are more for flash and to intimidate your opponent than they are effective (as a weapon).

2 longer sticks, without the chain, are more effective.
