They have not. You can have potato chips or potato salad, but not fries. It's like a real life example of SNL's Cafe Olympia. No fries, chips!

I think not serving fries is their way to justify not having ketchup available. If they had fries they'd have to have ketchup and people would put ketchup on their burgers and they'd have to shoot those people.
