Favorite custom photography book publisher?

I've used Blurb a few times in the past and have always been very very impressed with the quality. They do a superb job and i've been nothing but impressed with the output for each of the books i've made.

My only gripe is the software, it really locks you down into their templates. I would prefer something that makes it just as easy, but also allows for some free form as well, custom fonts, etc.

i recently read that apple publishing service has a good one but you need to use an apple computer (iphoto and aperture).

there is also mpix and whcc
