I like hot turkey club with ham, bacon and mont jack cheese with spicy mustard.

favorite bread is sourdough like at Panera.

Sourdough as long as it's made in San Francisco. I try to avoid white bread though... so it's just a treat when I visit. For everything else I use whole grain wheat.

obvioulsy it depends on the sandwich, but in general, sour dough is hard to beat for any sandwich other than a PBJ.
