favorite band of all time?

Incubus, Pearl Jam, Collective Soul, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Day's of the New and Dave Matthews Band are all worthy of a #1 spot for me. I'm more of a rap/R&B person who likes complex beats and poetry thrown together but for some reason I enjoy these bands.

ps:The old U2 stuff kicks ass as well
 
I would say Weezer, but TGA and Maladroit have both been pretty dissapointing.

with honorable mention going to Death Cab For Cutie
and second honorable mention going to Silver Scooter
 
I agree its way too hard to choose a SINGLE favorite band. at least for me...

Disturbed
The Crystal Method

there's some more.. but their CD's get a hell of alot of play time.. 😀
 
Well I would say Tool but I am very fond of Alice in Chains. You just can't beat "Down in a hole" by AIC.

but i've been mostly listening to emocore bands lately. i'm head over heels for coheed and cambria. and the new recover ep rocks.
 
guess it'd be pearl jam, but some bands do some things better than others, so no one band is going to be tops in all categories
