Faulty Router?

I am using a Netgear RP614 router and it's been working fine. However, one day I opened up my browser and nothing happened. It was not connecting to any Internet site. I use the router because I am signed up with Vonage phone service so I have on leg for the phone and the other for the computer. The phone works so I didn't think the router was at fault however, when I bypassed the router and hooked the modem up directly to the computer it works fine. Does that mean my router is my problem? Has anyone else experienced this situation? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
It could just be a misconfiguration problem with the router itself. Login to it and check it out.
