Faulty powersupply?

Noticed in my BIOS that the +3.3V thing was at +3.72V .. This happens in PCProbe too, and causes it to make lots of noise, if you know what I mean... Any suggestions?

No it doesn't mean your PS is broken. 3.72V does seem a bit high though. To what voltage do you have this set to on your board?

I know Asus boards by default overvolt this power rail to 3.45 V, and the monitoring app will read it even a bit higher than this as well.

Well, tried swapping the powersupplies as I've had some trouble powering up this computer as well (occasionally, it just doesn't want to.. You have to fiddle with the main power switch a couple of times to make it turn on).. And the indicator immediately went down to 3.302V.

Edit: TO my knowledge you can't regulate this voltage thing at all.. I certainly can't find a way. It seems all motherboard/psu controlled.. And like I said, changing powersupplies made the overvolage thing go away. The PSU swapped with was the same type of supply. Aopen FSP300-60BT
