Am I going to be flamed for this.. (Mods, please say if approprate for OT if locking.)
It was mentioned in the bottom of a thread here, but FW's site claims it's down for scheduled maintance for several hours now, at the peak of their viewers...

My speculation is that we've had our first DCMA takedown threat realized. What has AT done to prevent against this? and which scum sent letters so far?
 
ChubbyWallet won all those DMCA lawsuits last year easily and decisively. I doubt their current outage has anything to do with that. Probably a hardware or database problem.
 
Hmm, well its been down for two days for me now. Im sure it has nothing to do with the DCMA but a bummer all the same
 
Likely a router issue between you and them. There are sites that I can't get to certain times of the day that I know are up, too. And, yes, fatwallet is working for me.
 
BF = Black Friday = day after Thanksgiving. A lot of chains took offense to the free advertising of their circulars on the web and cited yet another totally inappropriate use of the DMCA to attempt to have the black friday ads removed.
