it's a twinkie-like foodstuff, but available in different flavors.

I lost 20 pounds eating them instead of full meals for breakfast and lunch in college.

A soda a day = 10 pounds weight gain a year, all else being equal.

Edit: and in other news, I now weigh 50 pounds more than I did back then :Q

A guy here was on it for a while. Would see him eat a whole rack of ribs, not baby back either, for lunch and claim it was on the Atkins diet. Ummmm ok.
