Fatigue: Do you physically hurt?

When I'm exhausted or just spent my body ends up hurting. Usually in odd places, but generally in joints. Usually a dull ache everywhere, sometimes gets to the point of a sharp pain. When I was a teen/college years, I used to know I had been awake too long because my teeth would start hurting.
