My wife pooped out a kid this weekend and I heard kids like toys so I went out and bought one but it doesn't seem like she likes it. What am I doing wrong?

Congratulations! Early toy approval is a mystery. Some "sure things" I got were rejected, while "throw away" toys were a huge hit. It gets easier over time. Once you tune in to your kid, you can get them great stuff they never even considered :^)

meh. the kid would have bounced and healed. IF i thought it was not safe i would be yelling at him too. but hell thats not a big deal.


BTW i think the bike is slightly big for her...not that i can really give you crap. When my daughter was born we got her a full size bike and other stupid shit hehe.

yeah my kids want small bikes. im looking at getting my daughter a 50cc and my son a small quad.

right now she uses a old lawn mower with 16 HP engine. the thing is fast!
 
She is mad because it's just a piece of plastic and she can't feel the wind in her hair.You better make up for it and put her through the MSF course and buy her a ninja 250 for her birthday or she will never forgive you.As a father of four,gratz.

heh you wife is a lot more tolerant than mine. Had I done that with any our kids when they were a week old, I would have been dead.
 
She's a girl. She obviously wanted the pink one. But wouldn't tell you that because you are supposed to know it. But instead you bought red and now you face the wrath.

Just wait until she's 3 and you start getting her dressed in the morning.
