Agreed. I once worked as a correctional officer in Nevada. I can tell you right now that Pedo's are the whiniest bunch of little bitches I've ever encountered. They constantly complain about mediocre shit while incarcerated. They get tier time and get to eat their 3 meals in the chow hall. Not like the other inmates that have to be cell fed.

They subscribe to any magazine that has children in it. It's their version of porn. Is it sick? Yeah it's extremely sickening. I morally couldn't work around these pukes anymore so I had to quit. You'll find Pedo sympathizers anywhere.

One of our higher profile inmates at the prison I was a C.O. at was "Jeremy Strohmeyer". He was serving a sentence for molesting and murdering a little 7 year old girl in a casino bathroom. This sick piece of shit got more letters from women than almost any other man there at the prison. These weren't hate letters either. Women would actually come up there to visit this POS. People are sick if they think rehabilitation is possible with Pedo's. Not possible.

So in closing, I support that the father protected his daughter by any means necessary. His intentions weren't to kill him but since it did happen that merely means one less puke eating up state resources.

Yes! Rapists and molesters really don't need to be cared for by taxpayers. Prison is about rehabilitation, after all. Those two groups are beyond help and I wouldn't trust them within 1000 miles of kids, even after "rehab". Fuck that.

Not exactly. It all depends on if they slip by into general population but typically the rule is if the other inmates don't know you, they want to see your "papers". This way they can tell if you're a Pedo or not.

During in processing they'll go through what's called "Classification". This way they aren't putting rival gang members around each other. This also works for putting the POS's with each other only.

Usually the Chomo's, Rapists, Women beaters are put into PC (Protective Custody). Basically means they are only around their kind. That's not to say that they don't end up fighting each other but it's rare that other inmates get a chance to do something to them.

The fella I mentioned in my previous post had gotten a snow shovel across his face during a trip to visiting one time. A member of the Aryan Warriors that was working snow detail that day happened to recognize him. He got two years in the "hole" for doing it but the extra pieces of food during meal time helped from what he said.

Stand your ground combined with castle doctrine for self defense protects against criminal and civil liabilities.

The GJ ruled it was a justifiable homocide = no crime committed.

Almost half of the states have such laws to protect one who acts in self defense. In those same states, defense of a 3rd party is allowed as self defense/justifiable homocide. The caught in the act of rape allows the father (or anybody for that matter) to use whatever force necessary to stop the crime and threat. He deserves a freaking medal. The castle doctrine aspect applies because it was on his property.

If he is sued, a judge won't allow it and the state MUST by law pay for all his legal fees incurred.
