The AN8 is a great overclocker and a very stable board, the only problem really is price. Read this review.
With the non-Fatal1ty board you lose ActiveArmor and SATAII, plus some accessories and other silly stuff. But in the boards the only difference is the chipset.

When it comes to features I don't think the AN8 is that bad. Sure, some other boards have 4 extra SATA ports with SI3114, but they're ALL on the PCI bus. The AN8 has a high quality Firewire controller (better than VIA used by most) and sound CODEC (ALC658 is slightly better than ALC650, 655 and 850), as well as 4-phase power circuit. The price is not great but it's definately one of the best A64 boards out there.

The DFI NF4 boards are the best overclockers, and the Fatal1ty is just too expensive for me. I don't know if you have a budget though.

ok, well I'm gonna go for the Ultra-D because of SATA II, the quality, the stability and all of the other features DFI included.

Now I just need the right PSU for it.....can anyone reccomend me a nice PSU?
