Im getting an error

Fatal exception 0E has occured @ 0028:FF12EC45 in VXD SYS AUDIO(04)+000009A5
when playing DEUS EX, the game will play for a few minutes till it crashes.
I loaded giants citizen kabuto and when I try to start a game it crashes to a wierd colored screen and wont even let me into the program
Retrun to Castle wolfenstein runs fine however.
Any Ideas what this error is?
