FATAL 0E EXCEPTION ERROR -->>HELP ME!

I keep getting this stupid error with the blue screen every time im in windows doing something. whether it be online with netscape, or watching a movie on my comp, or even when im running norton AV or defrag. im stuck, i have no idea wat to do. can someone please help? thanks.

I believe a 0E error means software. If it was 0D, it would be hardware. What OS? If it is 9X I would recommend a fdisk and reinstall.

More details please? System specs, overclocked or not, operating system, etc. would allow those really in the know to help better.

With that said I was experiencing similar problems with Diablo II. Blizzard's web site pointed to overheating of OCed systems. I dropped my 1 GHz T-Bird back to 1 GHz (from 1.37 GHz) and have had no more problems. I'm waiting on new fans to try to cool things off better.
