I cook it very well done so all the visible fat is usually gone. I always use ketchup. Heinz.

I dislike the taste and texture of rare meat. Ketchup adds good flavor. Tomato paste, sugar, salt, vinegar and delicious corn syrup. Mmm. 🙂

I don't eat steak often so when I do I go with the choice or prime cuts of fillet. They are usually pretty well trimmed already so I eat what I paid for.
