I have a friend that looks a lot like you actually (body-type I mean), 6'2", 150. Eats *at least* $20 of fast food a day in addition to other healthy snacks he keeps around his place like Doritos. Exercise consists of lifting the remote control and pressing buttons on it ;) It never ceases to amaze me.

I really wouldn't use pills. At least not by themselves. But you don't really know your body fat so you can't just jump into it by judging based on how others look. I'm a lightweight guy and some of my friends who have a little more tone than I do have like 12-14%, while I only have 4-6%. Look into getting one of those electro-pulse scale things. That's what I have. It sends a small current through your body on one foot and then measures the time it takes to go through your body out the other foot, has some formula, then tells you based on your weight. They're only 20-40 bucks and work pretty good. It's the best way to do it besides the water displacement way, which you can't do for cheap.
