Fasting on day off

I'm fasting tomorrow which is my day off from my workout routine and was wondering what other's people experience were and any data if it really hurts the workout or my health. It's only a 24 hr fast for religious reasons.

Not eating for extended periods of time will negatively impact your gains.

you will be alright fasting a couple of times a year has actually has actually been found to have it's benefits. I honestly though would not work out the next day, give a full day of proper nutrition to get back in to working out.

shouldn't hurt that much. arn't you allowed like one meal a day or something? and if you can consume fluids try to get some protein shakes in.

+1, take an extra day off. Your body will not be ready.
