your diet is terrible.

breakfast - oatmeal with a little honey, 1 hard boiled egg, a piece of fruit or a small glass of juice

snack, yogurt, small serving of almonds, or a low cal protein bar.

lunch - chicken breast or tuna with a salad

snack - same as snack above.

dinner - 6-8 oz of lean meat and then eat vegatbales until you are full.

NO FOOD after 8pm.

Drink a pint of water with your food.

Nothing wrong with working your abs while trying to lose weight. But keep in mind that if you don't lose the fat first, your stomach will actually end up looking bigger since the muscles lie behind the fat wall.

Though people can make exceptions for abs, you really only need to work a muscle one (quality) time per week. Of course, that's assuming you train properly and really get in a solid workout. I wouldn't work your (OP/Stifko) abs more than twice a week though and work on losing that fat first.
