I heard the fastest/strongest super computer was located in Japan, however I heard that IBM was constructing a much more powerful one. Is it done yet? Or am I hearing things on the news that I shouldn't believe?

And how fast are any of them?
 
Try google. It's alot more friendly than a highly technical forum where you're supposed to ask highly technical questions.
