Fastest PCI based graphic card ?

What is the fastest PCI based graphic cards ? Without getting into Workstation level performance or price ?

Need to have DVI and VGA, S-Video or TV out is bonus.

This is for a dual CPU server class pc, hence no AGP slot.

Any gamer upgraded to AGP version and have the PCI for sale ?

Actually, the MX440 PCI will outperform the Powercolor 9000 PCI in most games, but probably not the Hercules 9000 PCI (but the Herc. card costs about $130-140). The AIW VE is probably the fastest overall.

However, if you must have VGA and DVI, you will be limited to the 9000 PCI. I have not seen any MX440's with DVI, just VGA and S-video. Also, the VE does not have DVI, either. It sounds like the Powercolor 9000 PCI will fit your bill, since it has VGA, DVI, and TV/out (S-video).

If you did not need both VGA and DVI, you would have more choices.

1 could beg to differ because not much betwee 2 nickles and a dime but still yet the ATI fits the bill
