Actually the 2400+ and ECS K7S5A Pro was $130 at Fry's last week. But the 333fsb chips will run in the mobo, just at 266fsb speed, so you'd have to up the multiplier to get equilivant performance out of your chip.
But if you are serious about overclocking, fast chips, and computing, you'll pass on the ECS motherboard. They are just fine if you accept the inherent limitations and just want a very cost effective system.
