Kudos to whomever changed whatever. Today AT and DT are loading normally for the first time since the upgrade. Since they were the only sites I had problems with, I figured it was the upgrade, especially since no amount of tweaking nor browser changes had any effect on my end. Either something's been nicely fixed or my ISP has finally fixed something on their side.

Aaah, my daily reading sites are finally available again! Home sweet home!
