Fast food hell. . .

Went to the local fast food place a little while ago to get something for the family, as my wife worked late.

Ordered. Got Home. 1 of the orders were completely missing, and 1 of the orders were completly farked up. So I call em to tell them I'm on my way back. Also, I notice both the cokes have no ice in them (wtf?!).

So I bring it all back, explain all the problems, they immedialty get attitude. Finally, I said just give me a dang refund. NEVER ONCE did the apologize. The whole time they acted as if I were the problem. I swear service is going to absolute crap in this country. I called the manager to the drive in window and told her that and quote, "You guys are doing an unacceptable job. You messed the order up, argued with me about it, and then gave me crap about the refund. At the same time, I was spending 15 dollars with your company and expected nothing more than a correct order and friendly service." Her reply? Walked away.


I ended up going to a grocery store and getting something and coming come. Freaking azzholes. I'm going to write a letter to corporate for what it is worth.

that's not necessarily true, I used to work at Chick-Fil-A and while the General Manager was a lifelong employee (and the biggest jackass there) all of the other managers were college kids just working there to help pay the bills

Same sort of thing happens around here all the time too. Mainly because the workers are mostly teenagers working their first job and don't really care because they see it as just temporary. I think those sorts of places should look to hire more retirees who want a part time job, at least they'd have a little more experience in taking a job seriously.
