Or even daily if you compensate it with a 5 mile jog, weight training and eating very healthy the rest of the day. But people will eat fast-food daily, sit on their ass in a cubicle, go home and say they are tired so they can sit around, eat a microwaved meal or two and snack all evening then say "gee whiz mcdonalds made me fat!"
Bear in mind I don't follow that outline. 5 miles is a fair amount to jog 😉 Daily I do two 2 mile walks and eat less than healthy but I know why I'm overweight 😛
