The Fast and The Furious pre-viewed DVD is only 7.50 after Blockbuster's 25% off discount for previewed movies, DVD's, etc.. Not a bad price for a movie that was released less than three weeks ago!

The guy at the counter said the movie's probably only been rented twice!

ohh.. it was a good movie. you knew what the thread would be about when you read the title.

i advise to call your local blockbuster before going over there. bb stocks on sundays, and usually they go pretty quick

I bought it in Saratoga, CA for any of you that are interested....they had 7-8 copies left so it looks like they overbought the movie...

I can SEE a BB from my house, but I didn't notice F&F in the $10 range. Heck , Tomb Ho is still $17! (Got it at Hollywood last month for $10 thanks to this forum.:)) I picked up Resident Evil: Veronica's Closet;) for DC for $11.50. Maybe, I'll walk back there.

super cheesy movie but entertaining none the less, dolby digital sound required
for full cheese effect.

I went to my local Blockbuster half an hour ago after I saw this thread. Well, I guess they haven't put it up for sell yet.

Just walked over and they don't even have it in VHS. This deal is like Sasquatch!

On top of that, I just noticed that my game is missing it's instructions, so I've got to take that back too. Drag.

hey, is this deal for the widescreen or full screen version? i know blockbuster has been starting to only carry full screen versions and i hate those :disgust: damn, 2 people from saratoga in this thread alone. scary to know how many ATers are from my home town.

$0.50 would be too much...

heh, I would have to agree.
BTW, join Columbia House and work the system, and get all your DVDs for under $10 each. Check out DVDTalk.com for more info.

yeesh let's not start the "fast only in a straight line albeit questionable quality" domestics vs "excellent handling and reliability/quality" imports fight for the billionth time ;)
