One thing I am curious about. The underlying premise of this movie is that if you have four riced out civics with neon lighting on the under-carriage, you can rob an 18 wheeler.

Call me crazy, but 2 seconds after you pop out of the sun roof with a crossbow, isn't the driver going to roll right over you and then swerve left and right and squish your two buddies?

Porsche 911 really isn't that low though.. some cars are much lower. NSX, Ferrari 355

you could make fun of so many stupid threads about glitches and stupid things in the movie.. it's bad... i just like watching the cars, cause i love some of them.

the blue maxima, the burgundy 240, yellow skyline, green eclipse...

sweet cars.

hehe, I was amused by that as well. After watching that movie, I drove by an 18-wheeler on the highway and noticed how much higher I am than the bottom of it...

That trailer was raised... if you look up the bloopers on that movie... i think they even took a set of those wheels at the rear of the trailer... not sure though. One thing i learned about movies that involves cars... the story sucks. I still don't know of any movie that involves lots of cars where the story was half-decent... :(

When you are stealing plot devices from a Keanu Reeves action movie, you know you are cranking up the cheese factor to warp 10

After watching the movie I checked it with my car (I actually parked next to a truck & checked) & sure enough it would clear it (by less than an inch though).

Three problems though:
1: Gotta keep that thing centered or else that truck is gonna squash you
2: If the truck hits a bump (or you) you'll bounce into the bottom of the truck
3: There's normally a spare tire rack hanging under the trucks.

But warp 10 wasn't possible back when Keanu Reeves was still trying his luck at acting! It's, like, warp 9.999999 or something like that. Sheesh, get it right people!

I was almost under a semi once with my sunbird. It was some scary sh!t. I was at a stop sign and this semi makes a turn into the lane next to me from the crossroad I was at and it made too sharp of a turn and my hood was underneath it. I quickly reversed in order to not have my head chopped off.
