i like how you snuck in all the spam keywords on the bottom of your website while disguising it as a zip code listing.

We had Farmers for many years, always found them to be great to deal with. Good agents, adjusters (usually ) easy to work with, etc. The ONLY reason we dropped them is that their rates kept going up, even with no claims...Seemed like every time the policy renewed, the rates went up a little more...

It took them a long time to finally settle my claim against them...like about 8 months after the accident. They're probably an OK company to have as your insurance, but if someone hits you their number one defense against claims seems to be stalling as much as possible, ignoring demand letters, etc.

Because he's (the driver) their insured. It's also what the driver pays his insurance for. You shouldn't have to open a claim with your insurance co if it's 100% the other guy's fault. Though, if farmer's keeps giving him the run around, he may have to anyway and then they'll sevragate (sp?) farmer's. OP, also make sure they're payng for a rental for you, something comparable to what you already own.

My State Farm people have been great any time I've needed anything as well.

Ditto here, but AllState.

You deal with his insurance so that HIS rates go up and not yours.
